The Week Ahead....
March 4-9, 2019

What To Expect:

We will need everyone to be flexible and adjust as we set the sails on this season in week 2. Right away you can see that the weather has a major impact on what we do. So please stay tuned to our website: dakotaridgexctf.com  for information and this blog for more detailed info.

Monday We will have practice as normal and then our monday meeting (4:15pm-4:45pm) to see about entires for this weekend at Columbine Invite and give out some other key information as needed. After that plan to drive down to the pepsi center to cheer on our very own Eagle Hockey team as they attempt to win the 5A State Hockey Championship!!

Tuesday: We will plan to stay at Dakota Ridge for practice because of the snow and cold.

Wednesday: Sprints and Jumps, Throws will stay at Dakota Ridge while the Distance Middle distance crew will attempt to do some hills over at Red Rocks. If the Road is not clear for some running we will stay at Dakota Ridge HS for our workout.

Thursday: Practice for everyone at Dakota Ridge as normal see website for times. There is no meets this day, that opportunity I spoke about last week was cancelled already.

Friday: Practice first then Team Dinner.....Please sign up via the link on the website for our team dinner this Friday.

Saturday: Some of you will have your first meet at the Columbine Invite if the weather is decent enough. Others will have practice and some will have the day off as they rest up for the next week. A lot will be determined on monday during our meeting and we will have to wait and see if the weather holds for this meet. PLAN ON THE MEET GOING...If it is canceled I will let you know. Always plan to have the meet be a go unless you hear otherwise from us. Distance Middle Distance will have a workout and Time Trial for JV @ Heritage High School in the morning at 8:30am for those NOT listed in the Columbine meet at Jeffco Stadium.
