Injury Protocol 1.        Rate your pain level….10 being you need to go to the ER you are in excruciating pain. 1 being you barely feel anything but there is something dull and achy. On this scale if you find yourself unable to run and in about a 6 or above pain…then you need to email me right away and tell me what happened. 2.        If school is in session and Jason Dayton our trainer is around…please go see him. Do this AFTER you do step one and contact me. Coach Stenbeck should be the FIRST person you tell unless it is an ER type of emergency.  If you need to see a PT because we are out of school, same as before  tell me first (email/text), then head over to PT and find out what can be done. March 14th to March 18th Update.....

March 14th to March 18th Update..... First off... Please pardon our getting things going here in the early part of the season. We are working out kinks in the system and getting kids used to communicating with us on their availability in meets. So we missed blog posts on these first 2 because of having to make last minute changes and not want ing to confuse kids in the early going. Its a very difficult process to manage the kids and all the other activities they do in life. Please bear with us as we go here. Kind emails and thoughtful questions are fantastic and if you are wondering about things please email so we can get things worked out with you.  Great job in the last couple meets to ALL our student athletes. The Week Ahead....April 15-20th, 2019 PROCESS!! PROCESS! PROCESS!! We have the biggest weeks of the season ahead and you should all be ready to drop some big performances for yourselves when you get the opportunity this week and beyond.  Remember to engage fully in the process, showing up, doing the work, doing it well and doing it wise. In the competition you should be making sure you have the right mindset, do the right warmup and then compete to the best of your current ability.  Monday:  JV THROWERS if you can get up to Jeffco stadium I will meet you there at 3:45pm and you can make some throws in competition! See you there.  All others...normal Monday....practice from 3:15pm-4:30pm followed by Monday meeting.  Tuesday: @ Dakota Ridge...pre meet day...following practice there is a team fundraiser dinner at Garlic Knot at Chatfield and Kipling...$10 all you can eat pizza and knots from 5-7pm.  Wednesday: LEAGUE RELAYS!! 2:00pm at Jeffc...
